1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking our services, making payment, or attending any event arranged by us, you (“client”, “customer”, “traveller”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
We provide travel and event planning, coordination, ticketing, accommodation booking, guided tours, and related services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking & Payment
3.1 Booking Confirmation – Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified in your invoice.
3.2 Deposits – Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
3.3 Final Payment – Final payment must be made by the due date stated on your invoice. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund.
3.4 Methods of Payment – We accept [bank transfer, EFT, credit card, etc.].
4. Prices & Inclusions
4.1 Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Prices include only what is stated in the itinerary or package description. Additional expenses (e.g., meals not specified, personal shopping, visa fees, travel insurance) are for your own account.
4.3 We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, supplier changes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Client Cancellations – Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund Policy.
5.2 Company Cancellations – If we cancel due to force majeure, insufficient bookings, or supplier issues, you will receive a refund or credit, less any non-recoverable costs.
5.3 Refund processing may take up to 21 working days.
6. Travel Requirements
6.1 It is your responsibility to have a valid passport, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance before departure.
6.2 We are not liable for denied boarding, immigration refusal, or related costs.
6.3 You must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
7. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, supplier availability, or other reasons beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
8. Liability & Indemnity
8.1 We act as an agent for third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport providers, venues) and are not responsible for their acts, errors, or omissions.
8.2 We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expenses resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure, strikes, accidents, illness, theft, or natural disasters.
8.3 By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against all claims, damages, and expenses.
9. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings. This may cover cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other risks.
10. Event Attendance Rules (if applicable)
10.1 Tickets and entry passes are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
10.2 You must comply with all venue rules and event safety regulations.
10.3 We may remove participants from events for misconduct without refund.
11. Data Protection (POPIA Compliance)
11.1 We collect and process your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
11.2 Your information will be used only for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes.
11.3 We will not share your information with third parties except as required to provide your booking or by law.
11.4 You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or sent via email.
