Refund Policy – Diverse Travel & Events

At Diverse Travel & Events, we value our customers and aim to provide the best travel and event experiences possible. We understand that plans can change, and this policy explains how refunds are handled.

1. Booking Cancellations
Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • More than 30 days before departure/event date: Full refund, minus any non-refundable supplier or processing fees.

  • 15–29 days before departure/event date: 50% refund of the total amount paid

  • 14 days or less before departure/event date: No refund will be issued.

No-Show Policy

  • If a customer fails to arrive for their booking without prior notice, no refund will be provided.


2. Supplier & Third-Party Costs
Some components of your booking (e.g., airline tickets, hotel stays, event tickets) are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party providers, which may be non-refundable or have different cancellation rules. These costs will be clearly communicated before booking and are excluded from any refund.

3. Business-Initiated Cancellations
If Diverse Travel & Events cancels / postpone a tour, trip, or event for reasons within our control, customers will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
If cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we will offer:

  • A credit voucher for future bookings or

  • A partial refund, depending on supplier policies.


4. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email to diversesportsdiv@gmail.com

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request and the required documentation.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.


5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Visa processing fees

  • Travel insurance premiums

  • Administrative or processing fees

  • Special promotional or discounted packages marked “non-refundable”


6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and apply to all future bookings.
